@gazer funny you should pick up on this. The first Manderin duck was not as interesting as it might have been. However, this second one is finished with a translucent glaze and antiquing and looks much more impressive as a result.

My mum knows I like sovereigns, went to see her one time, she got out a jewellery box and showed  me a sovereign that used to be my great aunts

I thought she was going to give it to me.. she didn't [emoji20] llol

Did you source the shotgun shell at a reasonable price ? I wouldnt mind one as shooting is another hobby of mine but they seem to have massive premiums.

@Bullionbilly Quite a big premium since VAT was 20%.  At time it cost £90 for the 5oz with taxes etc.
