As far as I am aware they will have to use a Courier to ship coins to and from the US. That's where the insurance issue comes in.
I am not aware of any shipping company that will insure Gold or Precious Metals in Transit.
If they did it would probably cost as much as the Grading!!
You can insure most things but at a price and there is always a risk in whatever you do.

its 15 a form instead of 8 

20 for modern instead of 17 

and walk in only 

fir low value coins it's still better off to send direct
