Hi all,

In my quest for an alternative to Goldsilver.be, I've taken the plunge and I've ordered 25 Kangaroos for €452 including shipping. The order has not been confirmed yet, so take this figure as provisional.

The amount is €20 cheaper than at silver to go and probably higher than at goldsilver.be.

I'll keep you updated with developments and fingers crossed!

Ordered from them a few times, always worked out well. Cheap postage but came in standard post without being signed for.   Not sure but could be a pawn shop

On their front page they say DHL, however it's only €9.99... Now you've got me scared!

Anyway, I haven't wired the payment yet. It was early morning when I received their confirmation email with instructions (in German of course). Confusion arose in my head regarding the "Verwendungszweck", which apparently is the reference field. It was too long for me to input into Transferwise, so during my break at work I decided to call the company. I asked to speak English because my German was a bit rusty. The operator was very helpful and told me I only needed to input the last five digits of the order number. So I will do this shortly and I'll update you accordingly.

You can abbreviate Verwendungszweck as e.g. "Vwzw."

No, I was referring to the actual order number, i.e. 44455555555555555/74521. This is too long for Transferwise, but it's ok to just type 74521. Well, at least that's what the operator said. Let's see. And I just hope they are not as useless as Goldsilver.be, who even insisted I didn't send the money in at all!
