Morning TSF I started out collecting an ‘element’ collection, but thankfully got distracted by PMs & Platinum, Palladium & Rhodium. And then I found gold coins. I am looking to cycle back a bit & add any special Platinum or Palladium graded to my collection. I’d be keen to what pieces any of you have. I am trying to not be specific . I have the 2017 Palladium Eagle (first year of issue), & various parts of the 2007 & 8 Britannia Platinum series in grades. Though neither of the 1oz £100 in 70. I also have the 1/4 run of Britannia Pt from 2017. thanks . Look forward to hearing from you Clive

Thank you James @James32 whilst this is a very rare opportunity to own the rarest of the Geiger bars ( gorgeous ) i had already decided that 5000g was too big for me. I am not so much a silver collector in any form, though I do have Geiger, a Bond & a couple of Olympics as well as a simply superb Lunar II proof set ( thank you G) & a couple of proof 70 50ps that complement the Au ones. good luck to @kennyruss72 . I hope this behemoth goes to a good appreciative home clive

Hi 9x I am sending you a PM. This is not cos I have one for sale but I made an approach a year ago to a guy who was selling 70 grade special year £5 to buy 3 as a bundle w a discount . Unfortunately , for me, 2/3 sold but he may still have the one you want. But he is not a TSF member & you have to do due diligence . For those interested & before this thread closes, I recently took a pic of my Geiger gold progress. glad I started this off with a multi Silver buy of 1g -100g pieces threee years ago Clive

If it’s me I am delighted & not a little surprised that more were not embarking on a Geiger adventure. When you see these bars in their packaging there is something v satisfying about being a collector. These are duplicates for me so will make nice Xmas presents or similar in the fullness of time. thanks Clive

@Clockpuncher these are fabulous pieces & as any Pt collector knows, they are rare. Just the mintage alone was minimal , & few have been graded. like you I am on the hunt for elusive 70 grades in both of these. Those rare quality pieces come up so rarely . good luck & hope they find a good home. I have both of these but not in a 70 😢 clive
