The price is changing constantly. That's what it does. Sometimes it's up, sometimes it's down, but if you're holding for the long term (which, let's face it, you should be) then all you should really care about is premium. Right now premiums are on the floor. When will you get a premium better than this? I understand the psychological desire to wait for a lower spot price, but what will a lower spot price mean? Higher premiums. So you end up paying the same monetary amount as you would do now anyway. And that's only if the gold price falls! What if it goes the other way? Premiums can't fall much further but the price can rise a lot!
Forget the price, premium is the important thing.

Bond yields went up from JayPo's comments. He's sticking to the 2% inflation narrative. He wont get there 100%, unless he raises rates but he cant without crashing the economy and if he does he raises bond yields and gold could rise further indebting the economy further. 1.2billion an HOUR on yields interest rate at the moment... Real estate CEOs are begging him to cut rates because of the economic interest rate headwind currents now.
Joe biden is asking for further money tonight in congress for 100 billion for Ukraine and Isreal and he has the problem with added protection of Taiwan from china.
Gold is popping up now - this shows lack of confidence in Jaypo comments - Gold is the Barometer. The printer is still going BBRRRR even though interest rates at highs, someone has pay the piper one day, definately when the banks come in hand in the next GFC, and the bail ins ensure
